  • All sales are final. For products that arrive damaged, we offer store credit. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and free of any customizations such as printing or decoration. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are subject to UPS/USPS processing, which typically takes 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS ground and include a tracking number. For your security, orders over $300 will be shipped with a "signature required" option to ensure delivery.
